Work has been going along on 4.9 (which can be seen in our BitBucket tracker… same place issues are submitted). We’ve run into one or two issues… the biggest being that for whatever reason some mods don’t play nice converting existing worlds to the current set of blocks/items. This appears to be server-side only and we’re working on a work around which is what’s holding us up.
Currently our world sits at about 1.3GB compressed. If we can’t figure out how to get the server to process the world files we either need to reroll the world (with the same seed) or download the world, convert it, and reupload (which will take out the server for a few hours at least).
We’ll let everyone know when we figure out what needs to be done.
